Giving free, online workshops has been a cornerstone of my work nearly since its inception. It is one of the things I love most: to teach live and to reach students from all over the world. I am delighted to introduce this new online learning series. An opportunity for us to gather, to learn, to share, and to cultivate actionable care for ourselves.
At least once per month, I will be teaching on some area of self-care—from sleep to communication to perfectionism to boundaries—and you’ll emerge with a set of best practices and tools you can apply to your life immediately.
Classes will last 45 minutes, with plenty of time for Q&A.
