I created the Un-Burnout Un-Challenge because I know what it is to be burned out. And because I know it’s possible to interrupt the cycle of burnout.

I also created it with a simple goal in mind: make it incredibly bite-sized, but effective. Why? Because too often, our self-care replicates our patterns of overwork and burnout. So we need to take extra care not to make getting out of burnout yet another thing that just overwhelms us.
