Sustainable Self-Care—Saturday Self-Care Check-In

Saturday Self-Care Check-in: Sustainable Self-Care

Self-care should be custom, intuitive, feasible, and kind. For self-care to be sustainable, it has to fit seamlessly and easily into your everyday life.

You don’t need to change your whole life in order to begin self-care. Instead, self-care is something you can begin exactly where you are.

I personally identify self-care as being compassionately present with yourself in any moment. And then meeting the needs that arise from that compassionate presence. You don’t need to buy anything—or be anyone other than who you are.

It’s actually simpler than it seems.
