About the show + Ashley Beaudin

I met Ashley several years ago when she began a social media campaign called, “The Imperfect Boss.” Since then, she’s become a dear friend, colleague, and collaborator. These days, Ashley is a coach, speaker and heart encourager on a mission to help you shift from self-sabotage to self-support.

In this episode, we talk about identifying your self-sabotage pattern, the first thing to do when you discover your self-sabotage, plus how to cultivate rhythms of self-support—plus way more! We talk about the ways that our self-sabotage type is really just trying to protect us from what it perceives as danger. (A much more compassionate way of thinking about things.)

I even reveal my own self-sabotage type in our conversation. (Was it a little bit vulnerable? Yes. But was it also necessary? I think also yes, because transparency is important. But you’ll have to listen to the episode to find out!)

Ashley is a coach, speaker and heart encourager on a mission to help you shift from self-sabotage to self-support. She offers 1:1 coaching, a membership program, and resources for heart-centered humans.

She is an accomplished speaker and renowned for her warmth, compassion, live speaking presence and ability to foster community.
