Episode 01: Fierce and Tender, together at last
About the show
Today I’m talking about the qualities of the tender and fierce sides of yourself, and how you can bring these together in a more cohesive way. And I talk about the spirituality, politics, emotionality, and reactions that exist around each of these sides of ourselves.
This episode is really about embracing our whole selves, instead of annexing or exiling parts of ourselves. The fact is, we need both the fierce and the tender parts of ourselves. I fully believe we deserve to show up as our full selves.
